PAUSE, BREATHE, RECONNECT
On the first Thursday of each month, we’ll gather at Central United Church in Clifton for a soulful hour of connection, mindfulness, and presence.
Together, we’ll sip warm herbal tea and ease into nourishing practices—such as mindful breathing, guided meditation, and gentle reflection—each month exploring a new theme to support your well-being and inner journey. Sharing in the circle is always welcome, but never expected.
This is your time to slow down, breathe deeply, and realign with yourself and others in a supportive and heartfelt way.
Beginners are warmly welcome—no experience required.
PLEASE BRING: Your favourite mug, yoga mat (optional), pillow or cushion, and a cozy blanket to create your own comfortable space. Chairs are available if sitting on the floor isn’t comfortable for you.
A $5 donation is kindly requested to attend.
WINTER WEATHER NOTE:
If school is cancelled due to weather on the day of our gathering, the circle will be cancelled as well.

HOLISTIC HEALING WITH ENERGY & INTENTION
Healing Touch is a heart-centered energy therapy. This holistic practice gently awakens and harmonizes your natural energy flow, supporting not only physical, emotional, and mental well-being, but also nurturing your spiritual growth and self-healing. Through light or off-body touch, I work intuitively to balance your energy system.
Each session is a sacred time for you to reconnect with your body, mind, and soul. At the end of your session, you’ll receive an oracle card reading—a gentle offering of guidance, support, or inspiration to help you navigate life's challenges.
Together, we’ll discuss self-care practices, personal growth tools, and any resources or referrals that can further support your well-being.
Sessions are approximately one hour, lovingly customized to your individual needs.
Healing Touch:
*** Investment of $75 for one hour session. Direct ePay billing available with Medavie Blue Cross insurance only at this time with Naturopathy / Naturotherapy coverage.
