Healing Touch is a heart-centered energy therapy. This holistic practice gently awakens and harmonizes your natural energy flow, supporting not only physical, emotional, and mental well-being, but also nurturing your spiritual growth and self-healing. Through light or off-body touch, I work intuitively to balance your energy system.

Each session is a sacred time for you to reconnect with your body, mind, and soul. At the end of your session, you’ll receive an oracle card reading—a gentle offering of guidance, support, or inspiration to help you navigate life's challenges.

Together, we’ll discuss self-care practices, personal growth tools, and any resources or referrals that can further support your well-being.

Sessions are approximately one hour, lovingly customized to your individual needs.
