Finding Balance in Yoga and the Fall Equinox.
Josie Knowles | SEP 23, 2023

Hi Yogis!
As the days grow shorter and the leaves begin to turn colour, we find ourselves at the beginning of a new season: the Fall Equinox. It's a time when the balance between daylight and darkness reminds us to seek equilibrium in our own lives, both on and off the yoga mat.
As we transition into autumn, let's embrace the changing energies that this season brings. The Fall Equinox encourages us to reflect on our inner balance, just as nature maintains harmony in its rhythm.
In our yoga practice, let's focus on grounding postures, to connect with the stability of the Earth beneath us. With every inhale, imagine drawing in the crisp, invigorating air of fall, and with every exhale, release any lingering tensions from the year so far.
In the spirit of this season of transformation, I invite you to join me on your mat to explore the beauty of change, to cultivate gratitude for the abundance in our lives, and to find balance.
