6-Week Yin Yoga & Meditation Series

If you’ve been feeling stressed, depleted, or simply in need of a pause, this 6 week series offers a nurturing space to slow down, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with your body, breath, and inner calm.
Join us on Monday evenings for gentle Yin yoga, mindful breathing, and guided meditation designed to support rest and renewal.
Each week you’ll be invited to soften and create space for new energy to flow — just like nature in spring.
This is your opportunity to:
• Release tension held in the body
• Calm and regulate your nervous system
• Slow down and reconnect with yourself
• Welcome the fresh, renewing energy of spring
• Begin your week feeling grounded, calm, and refreshed
No experience is needed. Beginners are always welcome, and you do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and renewed.
WHAT TO BRING:
Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat and blanket.
INVESTMENT:
$70 for the full 6-week series, or $12 per session.
