Just as the Full Flower Moon is known as a sacred time of blossoming and awakening, it’s also a special time for us to do the same—to honour our growth, embrace new beginnings, and celebrate the beauty within and around us.

Join us for a women’s soulful retreat in a peaceful setting at La Solitude in Memramcook, New Brunswick, where the gentle embrace of nature and the wisdom of sacred practices guides you back to your true essence.

Your all-inclusive weekend includes:

Your private rustic cabin includes:

• Single bed, rocking chair, lamp, wood stove and / or electric baseboard heater, kettle and hot plate.
• Toilets and showers are located in an adjacent heated building with hot water.

What to bring:

• Sleeping bag and pillow
• Personal effects (toiletries, kleenex, towel, facecloth, flashlight, insect repellent)
• Clothing for all weather conditions
• Yoga mat, cushion and blanket (and other yoga props if you have them - blocks, strap, eye pillow. etc.)
• Water bottle

Price includes facilitated weekend, private cabin, and simple foods.

$150 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your place. Balance due before April 25th, 2026.

In case of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if your spot can be filled.
