YIN YOGA ON ZOOM

GET THE STUDIO EXPERIENCE FROM THE COMFORTS OF HOME!

Enjoy this relaxing, slower style of yoga that targets connective tissue and joints, as we hold longer poses, sitting or lying down. You'll be guided in mindful meditations, breathing techniques and gentle stretching sequences. Join our virtual community and embark on a journey of self-care and holistic wellness. Beginners and inflexible people of all ages welcome!

Please note that you will access to the recording for 5 days.

Equipment needed:

  • Yoga mat
  • 2 Yoga blocks
  • 1 Yoga strap (belt, scarf or tie will work)
  • Yoga bolster or 1 or 2 blankets
