Enjoy a relaxing beginner-friendly Yin Yoga class that focuses on releasing tension in the hips and lower back. This slower meditative practice consists of holding longer seated or reclined poses, while targeting connective tissue and joints in the lower body. You'll be guided through gentle stretching sequences to improve circulation, flexibility, and range of motion. Variations and props are offered to make poses accessible for everybody and every body. Come as you are!
