YIN YOGA FOR BEGINNERS

START YOUR YIN YOGA JOURNEY HERE!

Go from tension to tranquility in this 6 week beginner's series! Discover a slower meditative style of yoga that can bring you more relaxation, greater balance and less stress! This gentle practice focuses on holding longer poses, sitting or lying down, while targeting connective tissue and joints.

While other styles of yoga might push you to strengthen and tone your body, Yin yoga invites you to be exactly as you are. Variations and props are offered to make poses accessible for everybody and every body. You'll be guided through mindful breathing techniques, meditation and gentle stretching sequences.
