In this 6 week series, you'll be guided in mindful meditations, breathing techniques and gentle stretches in a calming candlelit setting.These relaxing sessions focus on holding longer poses, sitting or lying down, while targeting connective tissue and joints. Suitable for beginners and inflexible people, both young and old!
