OPEN YOUR HEART & RELEASE TENSION IN YOUR HIPS


Get the studio experience from the comforts of home in this gentle Yin Yoga online series. In these 6 weekly sessions, we'll focus on longer holds and deep hip opening poses with heart-centered meditations to cultivate self-love, compassion and gratitude.

Please note that you will access to each class recording for 5 days.


Equipment needed:

  • Yoga mat
  • 2 Yoga blocks
  • 1 Yoga strap (belt, scarf or tie will work)
  • Yoga bolster or 1 or 2 blankets or pillows
