FULL BODY YIN YOGA

Ease tension and stiffness head to toe in a Yin-inspired class. This relaxing, meditative style of yoga focuses on holding longer poses, sitting or lying down, while targeting connective tissue and joints. You will be guided through mindful breathing techniques and gentle stretching sequences. Yin is the perfect balance to a busy Yang lifestyle. Beginners and inflexible people welcome!
