Your Holiday Soul Care Checklist
Josie Knowles | NOV 16, 2025
Holiday Greetings, Beautiful Soul!
As the pace of the season begins to pick up, it’s easy to start feeling the pressure of obligations, expectations, and the constant hum of “busy.” Here is your quiet invitation to pause and remember:
You are allowed to choose a different rhythm.
One that nourishes you. One that grounds you. One that supports you from the inside out.
In the midst of planning, giving, hosting, wrapping, cooking, and caring for everyone else, let this Soul Care Checklist guide you back to balance, presence, and inner calm.
Replace one obligation with one nourishing choice.
Maybe it’s skipping a gathering that drains you and choosing a quiet night with tea instead. Maybe it’s saying “no” to something you’ve always said “yes” to.
Schedule “rest” the way you schedule plans.
If it’s not in the calendar, it’s too easy to push aside. Let your rest be non-negotiable.
Reserve one evening a week just for you.
A sacred pocket of time to unwind, reflect, or simply breathe. No pressure. No performance. Just presence.
Honor your boundaries without apology.
Your energy is precious. Protect it!
Choose presence and progress over perfection.
The season becomes softer when we let go of the impossible and embrace what feels real, meaningful, and enough.
Unplug for an hour before bedtime.
Let your mind settle. Let your nervous system shift. Let yourself arrive in rest mode.
Spend a few minutes outside each day.
Fresh air is a reset button for the soul. Even a short walk can bring you back into your body.
Take a deep breath before you say “yes.”
That one simple pause can reconnect you to your truth and your needs.
The holiday season is not meant to be survived.
It is meant to be felt — with softness, intention, and presence.
May this be the year you honour your energy, nourish your soul, and move through the season in a way that feels aligned with who you are and who you are becoming.
You deserve a rhythm that feels like peace.
Be Well.
