The only way out is Yin!

When I'm faced with challenges, this saying often comes to mind. "The only way out, is Yin." Instead of giving up, feeling defeated or allowing negative emotions to control the day, it's best to go through it to reach the other side. I step on my mat, put on some relaxing music, focus on my breath, and practice Yin. It helps 100% of the time to shift my mood and mindset!
There are so many physical benefits of doing Yin yoga, but the mental, emotional and spiritual benefits I experience are why I love this practice so much.
