Happy October!

This is my absolute favourite time of the year! There is something magical about fall; the crispness of the air, crunching of leaves beneath our feet, pumpkin-spice lattes, and the colors. Ohhhh the colors!

What I love even more is the FEELING of fall. This is a season that asks us to do what is often very difficult to do:

Slow Down, Rest, Reflect...and Let Go!

As we settle in to this new season, are you committed to your self-care, healthier habits and a routine? Are you ready to let go of old habits, limiting beliefs or emotional burdens that do not serve you well? Are you ready to practice mindfulness; living in the present moment? Do you want to change your story?

If this is resonating with you, why not book a Yin Yoga class? There are many reasons why I love Yin, which allows me to practice all of these things mentioned above. When we set our intentions, while practicing stillness with meditative breathing and stretching in a mindful way, it can be very beneficial and deeply healing. We can slowly begin to shift our lives with a new mindset!
