The Fall Equinox, a time of balance when day and night are equal, serves as a powerful opportunity to connect with ourselves and each other. In the midst of nature's transformation, we too can also undergo our own healing and growth.

Cacao Ceremony: Experience the physical and spiritual benefits of cacao through a heartfelt ritual that will help you release what no longer serves you.

Group Sharing: Connect with like-minded women in a safe and supportive space, sharing your thoughts, experiences, and aspirations.

Guided Meditation: Find inner peace and alignment as we set healing intentions in meditation together.

Yin Yoga: Stretch your body in a mindful way, adding positive affirmations in each pose.

Sound Journey: Experience the magical sounds of the harmonium, singing bowls and chimes.

This healing circle is an inclusive space for women of all ages and backgrounds. Let's come together as a community, embrace the magic of the equinox, and empower each other on our own healing journeys.
