I’m passionate about supporting women in midlife who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or burned out to find their way back home to themselves.
I’ve been where many women find themselves — facing low self-esteem and a lack of self-love, enduring abusive relationships, domestic violence, trauma, cancer, and struggles with alcohol... Through these experiences, I discovered holistic practices that guided me to heal, nurture self-love, and, in the process, find myself.
With over 35 years of nursing experience, a decade of extensive study in holistic healing modalities and more than 5 years of teaching yoga and meditation, I blend science and soul to guide you into deeper healing and transformation.
My heart's mission is simple: to create a safe, nurturing space where you can rest, listen to your soul's whispers, and step into a life of clarity, purpose, joy, and harmony—the essence of true soul care.

Soul Care goes deeper than self-care and bubble baths — it’s the ritual of returning to your true essence, giving yourself permission to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your inner being.
Beneath the layers of stress, expectations, old wounds, and life’s challenges lies your true essence — your soul — the radiant, grounded, whole version of you.
Through soulful practices such as meditation, mindful movement, journaling, energy healing, women’s circles, and time in nature, I help you reconnect with that essence. This is the journey of remembering — of rediscovering who you are.
